Thanx for the support guys how long should i expect to wait for contact from their company insurance ?

IME they do not contact you directly at all unless you handle the claim yourself. They contact whoever handle the claim you've said your insurance company legal department will do that for you? It can take months to handle all claim details.

However claim handling must not stop your insurance comapny to give you replacement bike immediately if it is recognized that the fault is 100% to the 3rd party. Replacement bike must be like for like. Means if your bike is fireblade they cannot give you replacement bike old cb500.

Call your insurance and ask them where is your replacement bike? The answer is pretty good indicator how good are your insurers. If they are no good you can get some motorcycle solicitor to handle your claim.

They also can reimburse you any money for gear and will handle the bike fix, before they get any money from 3rd party insurance company.
