Somebody tried to kill me in my car a couple of years ago. Would have succeeded if I was on the bike. I was able to claim for everything that was damaged, including all of my CDs that were trodden on when they cut the roof off, even my underpants from when they cut my clothes off! Just remember though, the more that is claimed the more everybodys insurance goes up next year to recover the costs of false claims. Some people take it a little too far. Did that salmon that you had in your back pack get damaged?
