I had a claim against someone else once when my bike was parked ontop of by a car whilst parked up...


i wasn't on my bike at the time, my insurance company where pushing me to try and get my helmet and leathers replaced too...


i was also asked quite a few times if i had an injuries.  :rolleyes :rolleyes
