Get rid of the 021's and it'll transform the bike because when they wear, they're absolutely shite!
The vast majority of modern S/T rubber will do the job, and everyone has an opinion of what's the best.
Have a look for bargain pairs on eBay, you generally get last years technology for £50-£70 less, and they're still probably well beyond most people's capabilities.
