Microshaft don't sell Windows 7 anymore.

You can only officially buy Windows 10 (which isn't bad) but, depending on the licence you actually buy, you can install a lower version of Windows.

Instead of downgrading to 7 from Windows 8, do the upgrade to 10. Give it a go. You may like it.
