FZS600 Carbs

Ok i have rebuilt the carbs checked and refitted, still the same problem running unevenly! took the carbs off again striped and rebuilt them adjusted the air intake screws and bench balanced the butterfly's refitted the carbs took the pugs out cleaned them put them back in reconnected everything started her up and still not running right, ok i thought  coil pack so i changed it still no difference mmmmm ponder ponder ponder adjusted the TPS that was out started her up still no joy felt the exhausts 4 3 2 are hot as you would expect not so No1 could put my hand on it  {not for long though} No1 cylinder is firing {took the plug out and turned her over and am getting a spark} does anyone have any ideas as to what it might be? Also while the carbs were off i turned her over covering the carbs inlets one at a time and got good suction on all inlets.
