Chain or wheel bearing issue

Fair enough. It's difficult to pin point exactly where it's coming from.

With the bike up on the centre stand, spinning the rear wheel there is a creaking along with the mentioned chain buzz. Once everything has been left for awhile and things have cooled down the creaking has gone.
