FZS600 Carbs
#5
Ok so i have the carbs off again, have taken off the float bowls, taken off the float and needle for the carb that was leaking when i went to take out the brass collar the the needle sets in it came out very easy that's where the problems was, on my visit to a Wicks store on an unrelated issue i came across a packet of O rings mmm i thought to me self i wonder if they would do as a quick fix, so i got some fitted them to the carbs put them all back together and hay-presto job done, don't know how long they will last for as they are O rings for taps and not fuel we shall see!
Forgot to mention some of the O ring will not fit to big or to small the risk is yours i have done this as an alternatively cheep fix and would condone getting the right ones from dealer i just like to try and find an alternative to the problem!
