It's a 2003 foxeye Darssi so does anyone know what the air gap is for that?

132mm air gap rings a bell

Cheers Darrsi :thumbup
So by my calculations I need to extract 12.5ml of oil from each leg. Think a syringe will do the job nicely and save me taking the whole lot apart again.

In theory yes, although it's more important to make sure the air gap is the same both sides.
I put equal measured amounts in each fork and they didn't level up???
Dunno if there was trapped oil still in there, never did quite figure it out, but I just levelled the oil so the gap was right in each fork and it worked out fine.

I did the air gap method as I wasn't doing the bushes and thought there might still be some old oil in there. Both legs were spot on 121mm gap so taking equal amounts out each one should work fine. The old oil was red and crystal clear which is a good sign. The new stuff is blue so it should make the bike that wee bit faster. :
