Fork oil balls up?

So by my calculations I need to extract 12.5ml of oil from each leg. Think a syringe will do the job nicely and save me taking the whole lot apart again.

In theory yes, although it's more important to make sure the air gap is the same both sides.
I put equal measured amounts in each fork and they didn't level up???
Dunno if there was trapped oil still in there, never did quite figure it out, but I just levelled the oil so the gap was right in each fork and it worked out fine.
