Electrical problem with clocks

Thanks for the replies guys. The connector plugs are spotless and in excellent condition, I have checked out most of the obvious causes. I will try with an isolated power source on the clocks to eliminate the wiring, I'll let you know how I get on, thanks again for the advice!
