No 1 and 3 cylinders not firing.

Thanks Unfazed.Tried everything.Wynns carb cleaner and even changed the coils today which again resulted in 1/2 mile of back to normal running then gone again.Checked the carbs for sync and all was as it should be.The bikes done 23000 miles and never missed a beat until I was foolish enough to leave it standing in the garage for 2 years with the occasional firing up.Because of the problem with 1 and 3 not firing I didn't suspect the coils.
