I had a sit on an MT-07 which I nearly bought, was going to buy but thanks to a time waster the sale on the FZ1 fell through. I liked the light weight of the 07 and to be honest my touring days are well behind me now. The MT-07 was a mates bike and it was a steal 12 months old 8Kms on the clock loads of extras on it, €4850, I was getting a bike with 12 months Yamaha warranty remaining and from the sale of the FZ sticking €1500 in my pocket. There was still a wee twinge on the knees but the seat could be well sculptured and raised so it was a result. I would love the MT-09 Tracer but just beyond my budget.
