Caught speeding but actual speed not listed on form

I got caught speeding in the car in Glasgow last December. On the fixed penalty ticket the cop had forgot to put the number of endorsement points on the slip. When I went to court to pay the fine the clerk noticed the error and said she would need to email police Scotland directly about it, and it was likely it would void the ticket.

Couple of weeks later I got a letter from police Scotland to say they now consider the matter closed - no points. No fine. Nothing.

Definitely worth an ask I say.

Well apart from the getting caught bit as that didn't happen to me
