Don't know about if you have any commitments anywhere, house.....?

No commitments right now, but on the verge of taking up this ^ one. This is why I am thinking about these things now. It may be that I buy a place and have enough left over to do a bit of touring anyway, which in the end, may be enough to sate my appetite. But once the house is bought, that's it, decision made, as by the time I could sell up again, there'd be less money available with which to make these decisions.
