Hi steve.sorry to hear of your accident.iam in the same boat...you'll have to do the leg work yourself, phone the other parties insurance company and make a claim yourself , hopefully they have contacted them and given all the details, its easier than it sounds.....do you have any witnesses ?..pictures of the crash scene ?.....will make things easier if you have,sounds straight forward to me, ive done all mine via email, taken about 3 weeks and the bikes going in for repair this thursday....good luck with you claim and I hope you've not suffered any injuries.....
