People like that certainly make you rethink your own position.
I actually find that riding the bike is good for the aches. I don't know if it's because it keeps everything moving just enough to stop things seizing up without actually being strenuous enough to aggravate them, seems like that.
Had a review of my back injury at the trauma clinic today. The consultant seemed concerned that I turned up on the bikeĀ :lol I just told him, this is what I do, that's all there is to itĀ
His concern was more about what could happen rather than it being a problem in itself, but you can't live your life worrying about maybes.
