Might be worth topping up the oil nearer to the higher level mark, it may solve the problem.
I normally do mine two thirds of the way up between the case markings.
Make sure you start the engine and let it run for about 30 seconds then see where it settles after switching off, that's the correct way of checking the oil level, you simply may not have put enough in.
Do it gradually as well, in tiny amounts, restart the bike then let it settle again, DO NOT OVER FILL IT.
