Thanks for the warm welcome!
I continued riding the bike back home (30-40 miles). I was told to give it a good run to clear out the carbs but it still continues. When the choke is enabled the leakage stops but as soon as it's off it gushes out again. I had to ride home with the choke on! Used 3/4 of a tank up! Performance wise the bike seems fine! I will give it a good service tomorrow too going through the Haynes book especially as I want to make a few adjustments to the breaks etc.
I've never done a big job (I'm really nervous) like cleaning the carbs so any links or tips or even an extra pair of hands from anyone who lives near by (west london) would be much appreciated!
Everytime I see my bike I get more attached to it... It's only been a day and my baby is poorly! I want to give it a good looking after to get it back to normal again!
It's night time now but I'll try and get some picks of it with the gushing petrol.... meanwhile I'll attach some pics of it from earlier on
