That's encouraging to hear! Still got all kinds of aches and pains from my recent back injury, just hoping most of it is muscular where I've had enforced idleness for so long, and will improve when I finally am given the green light to start some physio. Was getting some lower back pain before this too, bad after a lot of bending over (gardening, which I'm having to do a lot of before selling this place, washing the bike etc).
Left shoulder is my built-in barometer. I literally know when a low pressure system is moving in from the ache there, and the right shoulder from where it has carried for the left for nearly 30 years. Knees have both seen damage, and am wondering if my house search ought to focus on bungalows :lol Lots of things I can't do because of the shoulder, but funnily enough, it's mostly fine on the bike, although a long day in the saddle needs a few rest stops.
