aches and pains

ok, so im 47years old and falling apart :eek :eek... 2 focced knees and a gammy hip :rolleyes... the knees because when your young you don't think to use knee pads :uhuh ( im  a heating engineer so on my knees most of the day some days ) the hip because of 3 offs on the right side 30 years ago,  so I can only ride for about an hour before I have to stop for a break... doesn't matter if im riding like a god un or just bumbling around. 8) 8) 8)

so who else suffers :rolleyes
