Did you make any adjustments to the clutch mechanism on the sprocket cover?
If not are you sure the pressure plate is located correctly. It does not just go on in any position, you need to move it around to get the correct position. You will know when it is correct as it slots in better in the correct position.
I would advise returning to OEM springs, the heavy duty ones ruin the already good smooth clutch as they are too strong and will also cause undue wear on the clutch mechanism where the cable fits on in the sprocket cover
