I had this sort of thing all be it was guys playing football against my house wall, council gave me a book to keep records of when they done it, when I called the police or the anti social team at the council, they all done foc all till I went to a lawer and got a letter sent to the council claiming for my time, stress and inconvenience of doing their job.
Amazingly, within a week of sending said letter, there was an asbo van with cctv parked nearby and never got anymore trouble.
