Sorry to hear about the Anti social behaviour , you are suffering , I went through similar problems , it only came to ahead when I flipped and confronted them , the Police were called and started to take the matter seriously , have you spoken with neighbours to get them on board , keep calling the police , keep reporting to the council , film them and send footage to local press , write to your MP , I hope it gets sorted . Thankfully both neighbours I was having problems with have moved on , someone else,s problem now .
