Who's handy with wiring?
#1
Many moons ago I changed over the wiring loom on my 2003 1000 (don't ask why).

Finally got round to switching it on today as my build is coming to an end.

First the good news. I have a rear light, rear indicators and the clocks work.

The bad news is:

1) There is a rapid fire "clack clack clack" for around 5 seconds, then it stops. Any idea what this is? I haven't even attempted to hit the start button yet, so it's not the starter motor.
2) I have no front indicators, or headlight. As you look at the headlight from the front of the bike, I have a light in the top left headlight on, which I don't think is correct.
3) The "passing" function looks to work ok...most of the time.

I've tried swapping connections around the headlight loom & checked fuses (unless there are other fuses I've missed), nothing.

Once I charged my inspection lamp I'll have another crack at it again tomorrow, but if anyone has any advice (apart from don't change the loom), it would be very welcome.
