Put the air filter in yourself first, because for starters time is money, so no point in creating unnecessary work.
Forget about the idea of rejetting, there's simply no need for it, plus to do it all properly you're gonna need the bike Dyno'd, so more unnecessary cost.
Realistically i would say be prepared for an hours labour costs for a carb balance, so whatever the going rate is in your area. It does vary quite a bit depending on if you live outside Greater London, where we tend to get mugged off a lot.
