Fazer coolant fan problem

Could be a couple of things,
Check the wiring for damage, but a faulty Thermoswitch is the most likely and is what I would check after doing a quick check of the wiring. Do you have a Multimeter to check the resistance of it? If it is less than 3 K ohms when cold then it is most likely the problem. Easy enough to get as it is the same as the foxeye 600 and  early R1

Faulty Fan Relay is another possibility
