Chain Rivetting Tool - Buy or Borrow?

I had a hard time finding a socket that would fit. I bought the correct size for the bolt but the outside diameter of the socket was greater than the inside diameter of the opening in the frame... in the end I was lucky enough to borrow a Draper riveting tool (the expensive one) and used a grinder to remove the chain
