If their kit is half as good as their customer service I'd be well impressed.
Proof is in the writing too, some kit says waterproof, but in the writing of description etc you might see it says it's only waterproof if all layers are worn etc.
I've had my kit about 8 years now (only used for 5 years and been in loft last 3 years), all goretex, but only thing that's looking tired is the jacket, which I believe is understandable considering, but it's still working and being a canny Scot, I'll try and hold onto it a bit more.
But as I originally said, their customer service sounds amazing :-)
