looks fairly standard mate. Exhaust (obviously), Front Fenda-extender, and I think the front screen is a taller one than standard too.
Apart from that it looks standard visually. what is the yellow sticker on the right hand radiator cover there?
Obviously it could have other aftermarket things done to it - carbs rejetted, aftermarket air filter etc, but cant tell from the pic
