No they do not use a gasket normally.
Most aftermarket link pipes just slide on and are held in place with either springs or clamps.
If you find you have a bit of a leak, grey soot around joint or excessive popping on closed throttle, you can use some clear silicon sealant. You can use the high temp stuff if you want or bathroom stuff works just as well.
