Mine is in the same state at the mo.
My plan is to undo the two screws holding it together. Hope nothing falls out that then overcomplicates the job and leaves me without everything else in that unit. Blow inside the housing. Hope it works..... if it doesn't spray some WD40 in there. Hope it works.....if it doesn't screw it back together and ask for a 2nd hand one on here!
