I'm running an o2 eliminator that just provides a constant 0-1v square wave. If the ECU goes closed loop, it just tells it that the bike is running stoich (even though it might be a touch rich with a custom map). I guess these bikes only do closed loop in quite a small area of the fuelling map anyway, at very small loads/throttle openings (3000-7000rpms, with less than 20% throttle?), everything else (1000-3000 and 7000+revs or greater than 25% throttle) will be open loop to have anything like useable driveablility and emissions.
