Regarding screen bolts: don't search ebay for a specific FZS600 auction, just get a back of generic nylon bolts. When I snapped all mine, I picked a bag of 20 odd for about £2-3 delivered. Can't remember exact size off top of head - google it. The black heads have faded a little in the sun though, but hey ho, I've still got a pile left over in the bag I bought!
Also, I would personally stick to plastic/nylon bolts, rather than fancy anodised alloy ones. Last time I came off, I fell forward and snapped off screen and mirror with my ribs. Sheered the heads of every screen bolt, but the screen survived with next to no damage. If the bolts hadn't given way, I'm sure the fairing and screen would have sustained a lot more damage.
