I highly recommend anyone to take a trip to Ellan valley, slow riding but a nice relaxing bit of scenery.
Top gear have filmed up there before, i think Nick seen them blasting along in some sports car on one of the nearby roads.

Noggy have ridden around there a few times. Enjoyed lunch at a visitor centre . Tells you all about the dam construction as well. Was there not something about when they were developing the Boucing bomb during the war that they used that area to test the launching mechanism?
Anyway anyone who has never been around that part of the country you do not know what you are missing.
