Couldn't agree more. I dislike running. I swim approx. 5 times a week. Usually do 1k, (40 lengths of 25m pool),breaststroke, in a fraction under 1/2 hour. Sometimes go for the mile (45'ish mins). Occasionally go bonkers & get into triple figures if time allows. I've never felt fitter in my life (& I still go to the pub :b).
