I used to love phys as it's part of my job and would definitely be happy with that time !!
The best way to see good results imo is a nice long run 2 times a week, other days fartlek training, circuits ... anything that requires short bursts, hi energy over a 30/60min workout !!
I need to get back into it, i have am illness :/ last year went from 85kg of muscle to 76kg in a few weeks .. now cos of meds I weigh just under 90kg all fat and adviced not to work out
