Yeah that's a good idea, especially since any donor wheel you'd want to be getting new bearings for it anyways.
Oh and the track bike, i thought it had a Thunderace rear wheel but it has a FZR1000 rear wheel on it. I'll get details of the fitment and post it up here. I believe the brake caliper bracket has to be 3mm thinner (my mate made a new one but if you have a spare and depending on where the material comes from perhaps the original one could be milled down).
