Fair point which is why I was going to order 4  . That 25p and customer service however could create the beginning of more lucrative sales.

Any decent motorcycle shop should be able to supply a 14mm crush washer for less than £1-00. £3 for p&p is a bit steep for my liking :eek

You'd think so, they're more than £1 in my local. Can't remember exact price.

I cant be the only one that NEVER changes that washer.

Not anymore,  I have wondered at each oil change whether it needs to be renewed, so this time looking in the manual it says renew if damaged so I kept the old one and saved myself 25px4 aswell as a shop assistants energy
