We couldn't get into one of them and when we complained we were more or less told "tough shit" it's first come first served and basically the VIP tickets were a con. MCN's customer service skills are non existent. I wrote a letter of complaint to MCN but never received (or really expected) a reply.
After that I swore I would never attend another MCN event or buy another copy of their garbage paper. I haven't either.
Rant Over.

I'll add a plus one to Grayo experience I went a few years on the trot some years back and it was crap their was sooooo many there you could hardly move let alone see anything, never again waste of money.  It's the same with most of these shows now days they make them as small as possible and charge a ridiculous entry price, extortionate parking fee and the food/drink is poor quality at double if not more than it should be it's all about profit not whether you have a good time or can see anything!
