Not being funny mate, but if you're more interested in costs, and your fazer still runs fine - why bother changing it? I'd personally keep it until it fell apart, or repair works started adding up, and then look to trade in. If you are only commuting then I'd probably suggest the NC750 - if you don't want one of the newer honda small engined models (500 odds, very efficient) - but they are incredibly dull.
