Myself and three mates went to this show at the Excel about seven years ago after buying "VIP" tickets where we were "guaranteed priority entry" to the shows and displays. We couldn't get into one of them and when we complained we were more or less told "tough shit" it's first come first served and basically the VIP tickets were a con. MCN's customer service skills are non existent. I wrote a letter of complaint to MCN but never received (or really expected) a reply.
After that I swore I would never attend another MCN event or buy another copy of their garbage paper. I haven't either.
