Dropped it againĀ :'( :'(
Coming out of the work car park, turning right and the front just slipped as if it was on ice, didn't even accelerate particularly fast and off it went sliding down the road leaving me behind.
The crash bungs did their job again and mostly protected the fairing. Tank is fine, brake lever is scratched up and bent, bar end is missing a nice chunk and the exhaust took more of a beating this time
Was there frost on the tyre by any chance?

Not that I noticed, it's been fairly mild today with no frost over night either. I didn't notice anything on the road surface, but there have been some heavy vehicles using the road for some works they are doing further up. The other thing is that the road really does have some exaggerated camber on it... I'm guessing that plus cold tyres and a not so great surface lead to it

I'm planning to change the tyres, but can't afford to until after Christmas. The hope is to actually have the car back on the road this week... I've lost count of how many times I've said that though
