Verging On Buying A Second Bike - What would you have?

I've got a 2009 Street Triple R as my 'second bike'. I bought it because I fancied something lighter and easier to squeeze through London rush hour traffic on. It's become my 'first bike' because although it's not got the top end or the motorway mile munching comfort of the gen 1, or the practicality, it is so much more fun, and seems to have more leg room than the gen 1. It's a cracking bike that being so much fun to riding, and looks cool too (well, eye of the beholder etc but most agree they're pretty). Unless it turns out to be too small for your height, one test ride usually sells them.

Thing is, I ride the STR so much now I'm thinking I should just move the gen 1 on...
