Mmmmm....yep, that looks like a home made chain guard using checkerplate, chain looks way too loose possibly past its best, paint work is very patchy so would expect a few repairs to the plastics.no yamaha logo on the fairing or fazer logo, missinggrab handle....on the plus side, I think the downpipes are stainless that need a good polish up..........cant see it going for more than 5 tops, especially at this time of year.......just my opinion though 
One, is never going to be enough.....
