I haven't read all the posts yet but this one rings true. Its just a bit of a shock that the money has to be paid over so soon. As well as the Dutch, Italy, Greece and Cyprus have to pay extra.

What we need to do is cut a lot of the costs required to run the EU and stop the daft stuff like all cucumbers must be a certain shape nonsense.
