Winter glove recommendations? (Don't mention bar muffs)

Silk inner gloves do work
last year I bought a pair of armadillo gloves which help with the cold
as to getting wet, sorry but no idea as I always end up with wet hands when it is raining
this year for the first time ever, I am trying heated gris.
