There is a manual you can look at in the "downloads" section on here, but it still doesn't beat the hard copy of the Haynes manual, you can get one delivered from Ebay for £16.50, it will make your life so much easier.
(Do yourself a favour and get an extended front mudguard for your bike, it will help extend the life of your original downpipes a bit more)
