I reckon I spend about 20 minutes a day on moderation.I'm on here more than that talking rubbish and checking in on other sites anyway so it's no real chore for me (and that's just me and Aegis bearing Mel). With another 1-2 mods on board I think 10-15 minutes a day on average is reasonable and if you miss a couple of days the site won't fall apart or anything 
To put it into perspective. It takes about 3-4 clicks and 2 minutes MAX to move or delete a thread, so the work is minimal.
