This had been covered so so many times in this forum and other. Some have had success at MoT time, others less so. The law covers cars only so there is a loophole but technically they are illegal as they are not factory fitted and have no levelling system, both a legal requirement. So it comes down to whether you want to chance it and how'supportive' Your MoT centre are. By the way, if an item passes an MoT then it *is*deemed to be safe and legal....
